Wrongful convictions impact individuals and their families as well as society and its institutions. They undermine faith in our legal system, and pose unique challenges for judges. Learn more about how trial and appellate court judges look at claims of wrongful conviction, and the litigation of those cases. This distinguished panel of jurists, moderated by Ohio Supreme Court Justice Michael Donnelly, features United States District Court Judge Dan Aaron Polster, as well as two Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court Judges.
